I purchased the version of the Windows 7 32 bits Upgrade while instants after I recognized I could well run the 64 bit edition.

I have a lawful cd key that was simply emailed to me by Microsoft, how I was inquiring if there were any way to acquire the 64 bit edition without having to repurchase?

You don't want to buy again Cip , the key works for both 32bit and 64bit editions . only call Micro Soft and inquire them a 64bit edition they will send it free of cost or you can attempt the other way.
