Default Total Ubuntu install to windows7

I lately installed Ubuntuon, and i would like to wipe it and install my windows7 ISO DVD . here's my problem is , while i went to install all went fine, but my screen back-light would not work at all. everything was visible, barely, but there was no back light. my imagine is that Linux drivers robbed the vaio of being able to display anything else? the bios and first boot screen w/ the Sony logo are lit up while. i did not proceed my install out of thwarting and hardly being able to see.

I think The first you will require to see there is the partitioning theme to see if the primary recovery partition is even integral.

as installing Ubuntu you had to have reformatted to V Fat if not deleted the creative NTFS primary for the reinstalled OS. If the recovery partition is still integral you may be capable to make a set of recovery disks to have on hand if you later place to restore the laptop to factory.

I wil suggest that You may have to go to your Computers website and download the windows Vista or if available then Windows 7 drivers for it.

If you require to enjoy both the windows then I would advise using Wu-bi installer easy and effective way to install Ubuntu within Windows.

When you purchase a retail release of windows 7 in October that will admit a valid product key for a lawful clean install of Windows there which can be treated.
