    Default Problems with Hp printer and Windows 7

    my problem is thst why can I not install the HP5150 with its previous drivers from the first CD and then install the windows Vista Driver and perhaps perform the dog4pat_reboot.exe file proposed in lots forums.

    Give me some suggestion to solve this problem.

    Your first idea is, confirm the drivers and program package are matched with your new system. instantly,confirm there are no left files for your printer. Uninstall using Revo Uninstallers sure you utilize the Advanced Mode to clear all install files, registry, folders, etc.

    I did all the revo uninstaller steps to clear system of left over files.i downloaded the driver as showed on one of the links. and simply nothing figures out.I did read on the link yous sent about HP support for HP5150and it obviously states there is no windows7 driver. And no toolbox is available no ink level seeing.

    You can forever acquire, Windows Vista edition because, Windows 7 is Windows Vista, Windows 7 is only dressed up edition of Windows Vista.

    attempt that, but are you not pushing the printer in earlier you begin the install? It should be done when its not plugged in, till asked to do so.

    I am tired of with this HP5150. cartridges are valuable and with all this problem. i believe i will become the route that "VINO" functioned. though I am not preferred the equal printer as he did, we all have dissimilar requires in a printer.

    simply selected cautiously and research printers that you need to function. imagine about what you intention to use it for.i think this will help you.
