I wish to know Can I Unblock Windows Live Messenger give me a few proper clarifications for this What steps will be desired to do these please answer me as fast as possible.

Get in Windows Firewall Options

Press "Start" and choose "Control Panel." Double hit "Windows Firewall" and choose the "Exceptions" tab.

Remove Old Values

Scroll through the programs and services scheduled and look for an entry that relates to "Windows Live Messenger" or "msnmsgr." Remove any values that you get by highlighting them and pressing the "Delete" button under the list.

Add New Values

Press "Add Program" and find through your program list for "Windows Live Messenger." Highlight the program and press "OK." Press on "Browse" and Get "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger" or "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger" if you cannot get it in the programs list. Make sure that Windows Live Messenger is at present a part of "Programs and Services," and then press "OK."
