Default Problem of Indexing in Windows 7

I've had it for awhile. Windows 7 RC and Phenom Quad Core 4 GB Ram 2x1Tb hard drive. The problem is i release all icons from folders admitting my computer folder. In Libraries the icons indicate as a .doc icon all former folders indicate the text but no icons in icon view the index bar shows that it is indexing but never seems to complete and Also Media Player goes not answering when opened through the task bar icon or start menu icon.

When you say WMP doesn't react, do you mean it doesn't open? freezes?I think you run the indexing troubleshooter if so what were it's findings?

Have you attempted opening WMP from %program files%\Windows Media Player\waylayer. Exe ?Where are you saving the index? Is it in the default position? Are those services enabled BTW? Also assure the printer spooled service.

The services are enabled and the index position is the default positioning. I acquire the similar problem starting wimp from that position as well.

I would propose rebooting and selecting Last known good configuration from the promoted boot option or getting for a system restore. You can defeat two birds with one stone by deleting the icon cache too.
