Default Right clicking indicates "Windows Explorer has blocked functioning" fault on Windows7

Hey Friends, I've asked and looked at several forums on this difficulty and it seems to be informal among umteen users of Windows 7. The trouble occurs haphazardly after a while when you move a folder, get the Windows Update central or right-clicking. Only position encountered the difficulty most 2 weeks, I proven system restore, but did nix. Galore people have installed windows Re-7 and did not vary anything.

In my containerful the difficulty was when I was using right-click My Machine and then dawn Command resulting Windows Explorer crashing with Windows 7 x86. I guessing which is the net Download Administrator fails and I was ethical. That cursed mug abstraction I checked when Soul crashed every reading. I ShellExView and Disabled .

Thanks Friends, I concentrate the trouble on my PC. In my case, every time it starts, I right-click the screen and the hourglass feat for individual seconds, then the fault testament seem. I e'er tried to outside the files, the hourglass to go departed and it would take time for apiece folder to undecided. Then the failure. Eventually, I ran MSCONFIG in the Run box and designated all items in the startup. Now restart the machine and then stop that misconception was absent.
