Don't worry mate you can also do it with Windows 7 as good and in the similar way as you utilized to do it windows XP. Even I required those customization choiced in Windows 7 so searched via these forums and google and I detect out the “Classic Shell” which you can look it on Google and then download it, later on downloading it you will be able to open similar customization characteristic which were in XP but not in Windows 7 and windows Vista.

Ya, that is a better choice for other characteristic which are not in XP but you can customize the things without set up that app, I was just testing the instrument and app of Windows 7 and I did not remember where I have detect the choice of customizing the font size, type, style etc. then I searched it about it on google and detect the answer, Go to start then in run kind cmd and then write “metrics” and hit enter. Then you will get a program called “Chang windows colors and Metrics”.

Hey I am utilizing Windows 7 as good but I am able to alter the font size, style, type etc. In windows XP we have to right click on the desktop and then we utilize to choice “personalize” I did not remember the identity of the choice right. But I am doing it in a similar way as we utilize to do it in windows XP. Just right click on the Windows 7 screen and personalize your settings i.e font size etc. and desktop screen settings, resolution etc.

Thanks guys for assist me out, actually I put my own settings for my screen that’s why I was appearing for these customizing settings. Dude I did not detect “Personalize” after right click on the desktop, so I tested the cmd choice and it operate for me, but I think color option is unnecessary and it’s quite similar as it was in windows XP I was expecting many things in customization in windows 7, this was quite disappointing.

The options to customize Windows 7 Explorer are almost the same as in Windows XP. You can change the views, click behavior, appearance of hidden/system folders, etc. using the Folder Options dialog.
Before looking at the Folder Options, let us see how to customize Windows 7 Explorer to display the Preview pane or the Menu bar that are not visible by default. To have the Windows 7 Explorer display Preview pane and/or Menu bar, click on Organize and select Layout. You will get a list of Windows 7 elements, including the Preview pane and Menu Bar . Just select the elements that you wish Windows 7 Explorer to display when you open it.
One of the important things about Windows 7 Explorer is the way it presents the details of any drive, folder or library. You may want Windows Explorer to display the items as a list if there are too many elements or as thumbnails for more details. To change the current view, just click on the View button towards top-right of the window. You will get a menu showing not only the different view types but also options to select size of items . To customize Windows 7 Explorer for presenting files in a particular arrangement, use the Arrange By button on the top-right corner.
The Folder Options dialog offers you several options such as whether to show hidden files, show/hide file extensions, open files with double click or a single click and more. You can access the Folder Options dialog from Organize -> Folder and Search Options. The options applicable to a particular folder are available under the View tab of Folder Options dialog. You can set global options such as applying a folder view setting to all folders on the drive, through the General tab .
TIP: By default, Windows 7 Explorer shows Libraries, Favorites, Computer and Network as explained in the What is New in Windows 7 Explorer section above. If you wish, you can select Show All Folders under the Navigation pane of Folder Options to get that old Windows Explorer look.
As said earlier, there are not many options available to customize Windows 7 Explorer. Still, you can personalize it by combining the options with Windows 7 Explorer context menus.
