A BSoD on Windows 9x/Me gives the user the choice to restart orcontinue. Still , VxD does not show a BSoD so fantastic , the faulthappening can not be resolved and it is hence suggesting to rebootthe machine, because resumed operations later a BSoD is often unsureor still not possible. The most common cause of BSoD is generally dueto incompatible editions of DLLs. This cause is sometimes referred toa " DLL hell ".

The content of "stop "bears the fault cipher and its symbolicname (instance : 0x0000001E , KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ) and fourvalues depending on the fault among parentheses . It displays thememory address where the trouble happened and the name of the pilot.Under Windows NT and 2000 , the second and third divisions severallyof the screen moderate data on all woods loaded and empty the stack. The data pilots are displayed in three columns.
