Hello, I have realize your trouble and as you have said that you have included so many graphical message in your slides and you are not able to view the slide views swimmingly that is why I suggest you to first of all see your entire the slides and withdraw the message which is not required. After that give the effects only at those places where it is needed. Since giving the affirm on all message doesn’t make any sense.

After reading your trouble I would like to suggest you that if you are tackling this trouble regularly then first withdraw your all the temp files from your laptop and also see that your machine is set according to the better performance. You can set that by going in to the my machine properties after that click on the progressed tab after that click on the setting in action section. Then choice the adjust to better performance.

Hello, If you are not capable to operate the slideshow smoothly in your laptop then I guess you should first of all withdraw the Microsoft office 2010 and after that run the Tuneup utilities 2011. After oeprating this you will be capable to withdraw entire the undesirable files from your laptop. Once clear up is finish later on that set up the Microsoft office 2010 again in your laptop. Now you will be capable to operate your slideshow smoothly in your laptop.

    Hi friends,

I have read entire your answer and after testing out that I am yet not capable to repaire the trouble. I have also tested to run the slide views after withdraw the entire required message from my slides but it doesn’t make any unlike. After that I have also withdraw total the temp files from my laptop then also I am tackling the similar troubles again and again. Please tell me what I should do to defeat this trouble. Is there any other way to defeat this trouble or I should switch to Microsoft office 2007.
