Default Windows 7 unable to watch default AD printer.

Hi, Greetings to you all. I hope you did well. Basically, I have an OU with more than a few computers in it and also the default printer. Every single Windows XP computer to map it and set as default just fine, but the Windows 7 computers in the OU can not be familiar with the computer. Friends any suggestions why such thing happened. No answer, and let me know. Thanks in advance for helping me and providing solutions.

Hi, I hope you are not using a login script and have a shared folder in the OU similar to computers in Active Directory that has the print queue for the network printer on it. If that's the case you need to do a different organizational unit for computers with Windows 7, since the maps in mechanically Windows XP as the default printer, however, is not the case with Windows 7, so different organizational units help solve the problem.

I'm fine and doing well. I hope the same is the case in the end. Well, I was looking through the thread and the previous answer. I feel, is a dignified solution to your problem. I would also like to draw your attention that you can see the same process on the Internet. Explained in detail and perform the steps correctly would not be a problem at all. It's pretty easy, I say, as I had done it before and I apologize I do not remember the website.

Hello I would like to say, in general, how can adapt to the physical characteristics of a compatible printer. If you choose a printer for the same in the Add Printer Wizard on a computer running a 64-bit edition of Windows, you will be prompted to create the physical characteristics of the printer. In addition, paper input and output trays with the default orientation of the paper input plays an important role.
