I guess that the system has been spoilt by viruses, and so I would like to suggest you to do finds on your system with antivirus and so that you can defeat the trouble. If you do not have antivirus then go to the official web link, and then set up the fresh antivirus. Now when you are done with the set up and later on withdraw the virus, and after that try to set up windows 7.

Yes, over entire, the answer does not assist, I suggests remove the running machine after set up the fresh runnning system. To remove the operating system go to the begin and after that click on control panel. Control now go to include or remove programs panel, and in going to the running system later on uninstalling. Now, once done the uninstallation, then reboot and then set up the fresh operating system in the system. I guess this will assist you defeat your trouble.
