Default How to spell the files to root of repel as an admin in windows 7?

Anyone who has an idea why someone needs an account management to record files in the root directory of drives, as I have Windows 7 installed on my computer, my view is that Microsoft are intentionally in the system, but there is nothing useful to do! For example, copy the files in the USB pen drive, you must be an administrator by placing them in the root, but when I put them in your sub, this can be done without the use of the administrator. Waiting for response from your side.

Of course it will be the reason, as I think it must be Microsoft people, for the protection of the root of the internal units, which you can for the safety of the C-drive, while it can be the root, and it's also too hard, you can do it with the default access to the NTFS file system. And also for the protection of portable driver and was coded. What is the reason for the indication of the code for the root, I'm not still clear properly.

Yes, there was restriction on multiple files and folders that existed in the old version of NTFS, but I think with the system have NTFS must have this option, as what I had heard of my mates, but I'm not sure on that point, but I can tell you that keep this limitation for the domain is to maintain system security, so it can be done without harm to the system by the second person, and only the administrator will have access to do this.

To my knowledge and information gathered using external factors for the NTFS and FAT or FAT32 partition, and it doesn't make much difference for him. And I'm not understanding why you want to save the file to the root, as not even being the admin user, you can save the data to the other drivers, too, so even if something went in the system and your data will be protected, so I recommend not to try lots of trick in which the administrator can access and easily stores your data on other d drive "or any other placemore than the C-drive.

And while the wrangling on the external drive, if you are facing the problem that you are not using a secure file system means, and this will also depend on the file system is in the drive, as most of the time, it was seen that the USB drive is FAT or FAT32, and are therefore not use the NTFS file system on the rooting, placing a file over the root of the drive to an external, would be the subject of concern. So, I hope that this information proves useful to you. While the wrangling of the external drive.
