Default Windows display the directory is empty, still then the information is present.

Hello, I've been using AVG antivirus called for eliminating all viruses from my time, but after a scan to restart my computer, I had some of the directories and files shown on this issue. Each time you click on the folder indicates that it is empty, but actually are not. clicking on the folder to view its properties, it is estimated 09.7 GB folder that is not really what the problem, but the thing is that the files are in this file is too large, how can I can view these files, or you may retrieve these files?

Yes, this happens after a scan, in fact, I have the same problem with me, because when we scan a specific folder, and as she was able to detect viruses, the AV either repair it or if it is not possible that the moves these files to the foes. I hope that the problem would be the only thing I suggest you make sure that the files are present or not, or they have already deleted.

I would suggest that you do not use such a virus, because sometimes move the files that have just joined the infected files, and then move to quarantine. Rather, I would say, to remove these files. But when you do not see the files, I would say open it via Explorer, which is when you click on the folder and click explore, it opens a panel on the left side, I hope this will not be able to view folders.

I recommend to you that you must first scan your entire computer with antivirus software that does what you have, but also that the use of such anti-virus, I would say that you can also use Avira, it would be simply to delete all infected files and other files to be viewed correctly. And this is the best, otherwise you can use other tools too, if you know of other tools. Or you can use the command prompt to correct the files, but you can rum the command as administrator, type the exact name of the album after "sfc / scannow" This utility will restore all the files.
