Hello, I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium, and just started to cause a BSOD problem since yesterday, initially it seemed that something "amdsata.sys" and "Storport.sys". but I have not really got what, but when I scanned my computer tool Recovery Bootable Norton I have set my computer has been infected Boot.Tidserv.B, I do not know what he really needs help very badly. Thank you in advance.

Hey, I had the same problem as you, and it is too horrible, and I know the worst, in fact, I could not restart in Safe Mode, too, I'm not sure that you are able to do so, but I would first recommend trying to start the computer in Safe Mode and run the RUN command and type. Msconfig, that when the window opens, delete all the programs to start, because it may be possible that some of the files there just are infected, in order to remove and restart the computer normally, and if you do not get this kind of problem, remove programs of interest.

See, that's great that you at least know what the problem is let me tell you that your PC is infected with the Trojan in reality and as a result of this, they may have destroyed some your files from the computer, I'm not sure which, but it could be any driver, so you should try to reinstall the driver, so you can at least start the computer and then run antivirus software to detect the right and down Troy.

I recommend that if you are able to start the computer in Safe Mode, you should try to install a good antivirus software and scan your computer, so when you got such a Trojan horse, you can delete it and after that I suggest you install all the files that have been affected by the Trojan, as they are destroyed, they are the cause of the BSOD, and reinstall will fix the BSOD too.

This happened because it has good anti-virus on your system, I have no knowledge of any such problem, but this recommendation will surely start your PC, but after not forget to install the updated antivirus on your computer, as can help you avoid them. See you can use the Symantec Eraser Power, this is the product of society symentec is very good at this kind of manipulation of the virus.
