So I unlock the taskbar, and make many more options, but still the same problem occurs, it is a mistake. I am unable to understand this issue. So if anyone knows this plea, so share your ideas and tricks to solve this problem. I await your response, please.

Hi a couple of days before they face the same problem, if you look at the bottom right of the window are a few points. Go to the area and the cursor becomes diagonal arrows. And take the form of changing the size of the window. Now you're supposed to be able to see the bottom of the window. Go to the top and drag the window at the bottom. I guess to see a sort of shadow behind the window. Free, and you are expected to be able to see the top row of keys.

Hey thank you for your response. All my windows are responsible for that. And I must say that "Lock the taskbar" is safe. This always happens with Mozilla Thunderbird, and even in the company of Photoshop or to say with all my programs. I do not know your instructions, or you have me do. And I do not get points at the bottom of my office window, so I am not able to understand what you are trying to say.

It looks like the same thing as if the taskbar is set to Auto Hide. I assume that the taskbar is not set to auto-hide, because of the Let's try this. You must move the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Then, when you change the taskbar, you must be on your way to hide. Once you have done after a system reboot. Taskbar will be repeated to identify the skin. And then move the taskbar back to the top.

I had a similar problem that was introduced a couple of days. Interestingly, none of the solutions produced by this thread and another common explanation failed. I went to change the subject, then the problem has disappeared. Change brought back problem. Therefore, the taskbar always on top somehow became a scene on the specific theme. If any of the other solutions work, try changing the subject. It seems that "the taskbar is always visible, but not yet an option can be displayed in the desktop settings.
