I would suggest to you the next step, and so that you can solve the problem. To do this, you must go through the following steps: first the system, close all applications and then restart the computer. During the restart of the system to continuously press the F8 key, and then you get the windows. Now, the windows go to the Advanced Boot Options screen, and below that make the click Repair your computer and then enter

I experienced the same thing, but none of them helped me solve my problem, and I am also tired of a lot of solution, but the same problem. Finally, my friend suggested I contact the production system, and I did, and my problem was solved. So I suggest you contact Toshiba and resolve the problem

I require to suggest for the begin of the fix and after that your trouble will get defeated. To do this you must have the set up CD running system. First, insert the set up CD into the system and after reboot. As restarting the system to boot the press all CD or DVD. When you press the button, get all the windows and under that choose the language and afterwards that choose the next. Now, once you do and after you set up Windows and choose the fix choice and after that let me know about it
