Default Windows 7: Windows directory lacking

For some reason my default library are hidden. To resolve this problem, I read that you have a C: \Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ libraries and make sure that is not affected as hidden in its properties. However, when I was surfing in the roaming \ Microsoft\Windows, I noticed that the Windows folder is not there, so there is no way to fix my library invisibility? I tested to recover their property by default and can not look to do anything, and there is no "Properties" when click on the libraries in the side. Does anyone here know how to fix this problem? I could not find anything when I searched Google, the only thing irrelevant

    Default

It is a little surprising that you do not have Microsoft \ Windows, so you will not be capable to "Restore Defaults" irrespective, I can propose at this point is to test to restore the machine at any former point if it was operating nice earlier. Also, see this thread like, guess you will assist a bit: Windows 7 "App Data" directory is lacking. till then I'll try to determine fixes few more.
