I use Windows 7.whenever i play videos online, there is no flow breaks.it continuously. What I can do to correct the problem

What is download / upload speed Internet connection. You can go to see the speed speedtest.net page and paste the results here. If you are a low speed so that it can be the reason that the video can be buferring and stop playing with the range. Otherwise, make sure to install the latest version of Flash Player to the computer and see if this solves the problem
