Default Double click no longer works under Windows 7

Here is a few days ago I double click does not work anymore, even though I turn it off and switch to single click I'm still compelled to "right click-> open". For when a software against me through a browser (eg paint and that I did open) bah the double click works perfectly. Here so if anyone have a solution or advice because I frankly do not know edit: I forgot to mention that in any application I have no problems in windows it's just that it does not work.

There are viruses that replace double click a malicious script. Do a full scan of all drives with MalwaresBytes updated. If it detected things, remove all and restart. Edit: For what and how your computer is protected
