I have tackled the similar trouble earlier and the reason for it was that my screen resolution was set to 1366x768. Subsequently I have determine that the needed screen resolution should be at 1920 x 1080 and if it is at 1280 x 720 or to 1366x768 then they won’t function and they will solution in affording you a blank. Just try to set the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 and then see if the trouble is defeated.

You can also start the "Recovery" Options from among Windows 8 itself as also:Login as an administrator, Insert the Windows 8 set up media, Go to control panel and then click on Recovery icon. And then take the recovery choice you will like to have from the Refresh your PC, Reset your PC, Open System Restore, Configure System Restore, Create a System Repair Disc. Guess that assists.

You can also try to update the wood in order to update the wood. In former to update the graphic wood just go to the control panel and then go on to the administrative too and then go in to the machine management and then you will get a window and then in the left pane of the window click on the twist manager and then in the right pane you will get a list of woods. Now from the list take the graphic wood for e.g. Intel(R) HD Graphics - Driver edition: 8.15.10.2302 and then remove the wood and then reboot and then the windows will mechanically determine the wood when you update it or fix it utilizing the repair disc.
