Just read today at ZDNet end of May / early June, the RC Windows 8 will come out, that might be true autumn. Apart from the obvious, I consider myself quite a bit of Win7 and very little of Win 8, which is not least on the surface of Windows 8th I did however not test the ability of the beta to Win 8 itself. Is it all just be read / watched.

I appreciate the Win8 between autumn and winter 2012 comes out. Even if I get it for free as a student, I will not use it. Therefore Win8 Metro's surface is verkramt too confusing to use it productively. Since I do not even Gnome Shell or Unity as a surface even more. I have no new features in Win8 known, are an absolute must, as DirectX 11 under Win7. So I skip Win8, the second Vista, and I hope that Win9 (logically, that they count on) is better.

Just because windows 8 will appear, that does not mean you need it necessarily was, until about half a year, even windows xp user so long as one is satisfied and there is no great disadvantage there and there's still security updates available, you can the change with the superior.
