Default Problem to create partition in Windows 7

Hello everyone, this afternoon was trying to create a partition on my HDD with the wizard of Windows 7 since the Partition Magic and similar programs are not compatible with that OS, but I noticed the problem when I put "reduce size" begins to analyze and strip me that I have 0MB available to make a partition ? I did several times with the same result, the HDD is a 150 GB NTFS basic disk which I have 70GB free, my question is why that may be happening to me MB available and not allow me to make the partition and if so is there an easy solution or I have to go to a technician Thanks.

I for these things I ever used theGParted a linux live CD with the program, and it has worked now, thisprocess of resizing partitions, apart from the risk to carry data ifsomething goes wrong, take a real exaggeration of hours, but it does.

I found the solution disabling pagination files of hibernation but now I have a file / Bitmap NTFS and the area reserved.

With few programs you can not make adivision with free space, and ask you to resize the former, and makethe latest division with the unalterability space is left. I recentlyused the Easeus Partition Master , compatible with Win7 and free, andstill has not given me any displeasure XD .
