Windows 7 system builder

Hi people, i once got a question about the system builder or OEM versions, since these are cheaper to even half of what it has hardware Because it all about, because I always read the System Builder versions remember the actual hardware of the PC and then have more installed on any other system, does that mean if I change my ne Grakka or RAM or hard drive, I can not install Windows?

Is simply a version where only the windows DVD is no more, no guidance keien big box or something and only limited support from Microsoft is the one never use anyway, i have been using windows xp oem versions only .

Updates are normally, differences are only sometimes when installing, have an OEM version of HP and must always be the only HP Restore Plus CD insert, otherwise everything is the same.
