If you do not configure the system of policies, you can use the command vstroenuyu reg.exe:
just run on each computer, where you have to ban the use of such stand-alone file line: REG ADD HKLM \ software \ microsoft \ windows \ currentversion \ netcache / V Enabled / T REG_DWORD / F / D 0.
Using the system or policy privedeny above example, you can prohibit the use of the users offline files. Offline Files will be banned and will not be able to include them in Windows Explorer (in menu Tools / Folder Options / Offline Files)
