If you frequently use the disk cleanup utility, at a point of time it may be a painstaking task to perform several steps to get to the actual dialog box.
Using this simple registry tweak, you can add the "Disk Cleanup" option to the context menu.
After using this registry tweak, you would find the "Disk cleanup" option the next time you right-click a particular drive.
Click "Start" and type "regedif' in the "Search" box.
Browse to the "HKEY_CLASSES ROOT\Drive\shell" registry key.
Create a new key and name it "diskcleanup".
Double-click the string and type "Disk Cleanup" in the "Value data" field.
Now create another key called "command".
Double-click the string and type "cleanmgr.exe /d %1" in the "Value data" field.
Once done, restart your system for changes to take effect.
