The Ready Boost in Windows is a utility that can use your USB flash drive to provide quick access memory which the operating system can use as extra RAM.
The Ready Boost feature can thus significantly improve your system performance.To set up Ready Boost, plug in a USB Flash Drive, Double-click "My Computer".
Right-click on the USB Drive from the "My Computer" window. Click the "Ready Boost" tab. Select the "Use this device" checkbox.
Select as much space as you can free up for RAM usage against storage.
