Thread: Disable excess Windows services

Windows Vista loads several inbuilt features and services during startup which may be not used by most users.

You can check the list of programs that execute during startup and disable the one's you don't require.



Click "Start I Control Panel ". Double-click the "Administrative Tools" icon.

Double-click "System Configuration".

Click the "Services" tab.

Clear the applications you don't require and click "OK".
