MY PC keeps going offline

Hi

From past month my computer goes offline, while I am on the internet. I bring my home page and put in an address and that time I gat a message that I am working offline and ask me if you want to connect internet. I have to dial up. So tell me some ideas on this problem

What kind of problem is this?
