There are ways to select several files from a folder: hold down the Ctr! key and click individual files in turn or hold down the Shift key to select a group of files at once. [fyou find this fiddly, the process can be made easier by adding a tick box next to each file. Open a folder and click Organize, then on 'Folder and Search Options'. Move to the View tab, tick the box labelled 'Use check boxes to select item' and click OK.
