You might find the Windows context menu loaded with several options that you never use. These unwanted options are pinned to your context menu when you install an application so that it can be accessed quickly. You can remove some unwanted menu items by a simple registry tweak if it is not required. To remove a context menu item:
Click "Start" and type "regedit" in the "Search'-' box.
Since the context menu items are not stored under one category in the registry, you would have to browse to the locations specified below and delete required keys.
