One could view the window titles in Windows XP and its predecessors, but not the in Windows Vista. Upon prE!ssing the [Win] + [E] key, you would notice that the window doesn't include any title. Titles can be viewed only in IE 7 that comes with Vista. However, you can solVe this problem by downloading a small .exe file known as the Aerobar. Follow the steps below:
Right-click the application and select "Copy".
Click "Start", right-click the "Startup" folder and select "Open". You will now be able to view existing shortcuts.
Right-click anywhere on the resulting window and click "Paste".
