Make use of System Restore to return Windows Vista to a point before the issue occurred. To do this, follow these steps:

Start Windows Vista in safe mode. You have to first click on the Start button which is situated on the left side of the taskbar just click on it and select the All programs from the start menu and after that select accessories and after that click on the System tools and lastly on the System restore.

You might stop all the third-party applications. If the issue goes, continually use the msconfig program to form out which software is causing the trouble. Stop the application, or talk to the producer about the trouble.
