Thread: Failed to create direct3d device on street fighter 4

I just installed the street fighter 4 game and whenever I try to play it, it show's the similar note over and over again "failed to make direct3d device" can someone help me? I m using windows vista basic on my dell desktop.

I am having this trouble with an awful PC. But it works fine with my home PC. It may be a problem with your graphic card. Try it on a computer which has a superior graphic card.
