Thread: How can my make my printer in offlline status work again?

I used Vista and have my cannon printer in the network. they works pretty well but recently, the print goes offline and i can't make print. I try to restart print spooler, unplug the print and reconnect it. The other computers in my network can you this printer, why mine can’t?

Please help me with that.

Right click on the printer and untick use printer offline and make sure you can ping the printer from your computer.
