Solved: Will not Boot, Vista, Black Screen error 0xc00000034

Thank you casper0191 and Antiapplekid and yes I have ran the system repair using the OS cd and I can not load the latest drivers and Windows updates due to my computer will not boot. I removed my hard drive and plugged it in as an external drive on my other computer and all of my operating software is on the HD but when I put it back into my laptop it still will not boot and it doesn't recognize the hard drive. I can use the repair disk and get to the command prompt and check some things but that is all. I can make bootable iso disk and they boot off of my cd/DVD drive but nothing else. I don't have a Vista OS disk due to it was preloaded from the factory; I will keeping trying to find a solution to my problem.

If you don't have the disk, what did you use to do a System Repair?
Do you actually mean a Startup Repair? If so, did it say it found no problems, or found problems it was unable to repair?
Is the 0xc0000034 error message a Stop error or a Status code?
STOP 0xc0000034 Missing BCD file
STOP 0xc0000034 Unable to Load Device Driver
