In this small tutorial I will explain you how to share your local printer with new computers from your network. As you will observe, the process that requires to be followed is extremely easy as well as simple way to understand.
Click on Start and afterward on Printers. If Printers is not there from the Start Menu, after that click on Control Panel.
When you are in the Control Panel window, click on the Printer link, as revealed under.
In the Printers window you might observe all the installed printers (local and network printers). Right-click on the local printer you wish to share with others as well as choose Sharing. If this option is not there, click on Properties.
In the Properties windowpane, go to the Sharing tab. Here, click on 'Change sharing options'. If UAC is allowed, you need to click on Continue button.
At present, in the Sharing tab, confirm the selection that declare 'Share this printer' plus click on OK.
