I checked a topic on our forum requesting how to put Control Panel to the desktop context menu few day back, so I decided to put up the explanation for everyone, because it looks like a really functional hack.

Since we love to provide details with snapshots, when you right click by mouse on the desktop screen you’ll get a new menu item known as Control Panel:

Size: 10.1 KB

Once you choose that option, after that apparently it will instantaneously release up Control Panel:

Size: 15.6 KB

Certainly you might utilize the same skill to put any entry into that the context menu, or you could also employ the similar location in the registry to delete things resembling ATI Control Center or The NVIDIA Control Panel from the menu.

Manual Registry Hack

Open up regedit.exe during the start menu run or search box, and after that browse down to below key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell

As you there, you can see shell folder. You will require to right click by mouse on “shell” and make a new key known as Control Panel.

Size: 20.3 KB

below that, you will need to right click by mouse and make a new key known as “command”.

Choose the “command” tab on the left-hand side root directory, and after that put the Default value on the right-hand side opened window to the below data:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL

In your context menu, you must instantly see the new item, and it should be functioning. To delete, simply press delete the Control Panel tab.
