You may have surprised why Group Policy Editor doesn’t come up in the Control Panel along with all the other options if you find yourself utilizing it all the time. After long time of registry hacking, I have come up with a registry tweak to give you what it need.
You cannot create the registry tweak yourself by hand utilizing regedit.exe. Because there is no mode to put a default item of type REG_EXPAND_SZ, but you can download a registry hack.
Please keep in mind that this does not useful with the Home versions of any XP or Vista because they don’t have GPE (Group Policy Editor).
Windows Vista
After installing this. In Control Panel, you will get the new item after first selecting Additional Options
Now you must view Group Policy Editor (GPE) in the list.
Windows XP
By switching to the Classic View in Windows XP, you will be able to see new icons.
And nowyou will be able to see group of icons in the list.
