Start>>Control Panel>> and click on Set up parental controls for any user. You will then be greeted with the screen to choose the user you want to control.

Once choosing the account again you will want to confirm Parental Controls are activated. This time under Window Settings we want to click on “Allow and block specific programs”.

Next, simply click on the option for you to what programs will be used.

Now wait a bit and Vista scans and a list of programs. When the list is making you can scroll through and check and block what you do or do not want to leave the child. Examination the program means a child can use it. Leaving it blank means they can not use it.

When you are finished just click on the OK twice to get back to the desktop. Now it is set! I really like how simple Parental Controls are to set up. Now, when your child is into their profile if they try to access an off limits program they will receive this pop up message.

Once you are finished, click on OK two times to go back to the desktop. Now set up it! I actually like how simple parental control setting. Currently, once your child is not logged in your profile, if they try to access the programmed edge, they will get a pop-up note.
