I have installed Win 7 64 bit couple of days ago, everything is working fine. Start this morning and desktop shows as regular, but then something is being loaded that slows my system down almost to an idle. Yesterday I did install some software, but I cannot uninstall it because Windows uninstall feature is unavailable. It took half an hour for list of programs I can uninstall to show. I deleted folder manually but it made no difference.
It will not allow me restore to an earlier point. It continues attempting but doesn't find there. I thought to reload Windows 7, but it is stuck on Setup for four hours. It is attempting to load.
Sadly I do not have skills to obtain myself out of this problem and the PC is virtually not viable. It will not shut down. I have to be pressed power button to get that.
Do you feel reloading Windows would solve the problem. If so, is there any way to do this previous to desktop loads?
My PC is Pentium 4, Mesh Matrix II 920
