Hi everyone,

I am attempting to install Windows Server 2008 x64 R2, but I continue getting an error stating device driver for DVD drive is missing.

I downloaded driver from Dell's site and place it on my USB pen and then do installation to this, but installation could not make out files, just the folder structure. The DVD drive is PBDS DVD+- RW DH-16 W1S ATA Device. How can I obtain by this problem?
