Hi, everyone.

I have recently become tech support for a small company running Vista Home Premium. I used to be well with 3.1, but my experience with XP and 98 was typically business networks where I was allowed to install Firefox without going through IT department, and I am a Mac person by choice. I wouldn't have dreamed of touching Vista with recognizable pole.

Today's most critical problem is a printer disaster. We have two PCs attached to HP Office Jet 6210 printer. The printer is well, and it's making copies and receiving faxes just as it must; printer itself doesn't show any error messages. Though, both of our PCs are maintaining that they can't print because there's a paper jam. They spool files into queue and then they just sit there. I have tried canceling all spooled documents and starting over, we have switched on printer and off many times, and we can't get a paper jam anywhere except in the network's imagination. Any suggestion what to do?
