I am running Windows Vista Home Premium x64 and I have only had 2GB of RAM. I had to other sticks, but they both looked to have gone bad. PC wouldn't boot, until I took them out.

As then, I have seen that beyond normal slowdown of taking 2GB of RAM out, my usage will jump to 95-100% even when I am not dynamically doing anything at my PC. My first that was malware of some type, but I have run each scan I can think of and they have all some up empty. It looks to occur many when I am watching videos on Media Player Classic, but happens quite often when I am doing nothing at all.
