I am attempting to Uninstall Windows Vista Service Pack 2 64 bit after many programs do not open as this update.

I tried to reverse this update through System Restore, but it seems that all restore points previous to update may eliminate.

Having you tried going to add/remove programs, and test the box that tells "show updates"? You must then be able to notice update and delete it.
