    Default Using Windows Vista Restore

    Hi,

I am running Window Vista and I want to restore my whole PC to factory condition. This would be including removing any and all programs I have installed on it. It is my wife’s PC and my son got onto it and regally screwed it up and it wasn’t running that great to start with. I already tested system restore area and there are no files in there. Not sure what to do because when you obtain these new laptops they don’t even come with a windows disk any longer.

Are you certain there is not a partition with a D drive? That is generally where OS restorations are. If there is nothing, I recommend you contact Toshiba and see if they will send you the restore cds.
