    Default Virus in Computer

Hi I have windows vista on one partition (c) and windows XP (d) on the other. I had a virus on the XP side (d). The virus scan I did on the vista side (C) found all these viruses and told me they were removed or in quarantine. So now I decided to log into the D XP side but I can not even log on anymore, when I try to it will automatically log me off after a few seconds. Also it seems I can not log on through safe mode to D either. When I look at the D partition it is split by me in the original wipe and re format with the new vista. The reason I split it was that I was going to make another partition, but just have not yet. Do you think the D not letting me log on is because I split the original drive into a partition? Or is it because of the virus scans that have been going on, on the vista side?

    1. Block All Pop Ups and Do Not Click On Any Pop Up Ads
If pop up advertisements start to appear on the screen, close the entire window using the standard red cross at the top right hand corner of the window. Never ever click inside the main window, even if the advertisement shows a button that says "Close This Ad", "Cancel", "Close" or anything that represents that same meaning. Clicking inside the ad window will bring you to wherever the advertiser intended you to visit regardless of what you click inside the advertisement window.
    2. Delete All Files Acquired from File Sharing Networks
If you have downloaded any files from any file sharing network like Kazaa, Limewire or Bearshare, you should get rid of them immediately if you want to remove all chances of getting your computer infected.
Try not to use these types of file sharing networks to download anything since most malware and spyware problems originate from there. This is because there is no way that you can verify the sources of the files that you download, and they may be coming from hackers who are looking to spread virus and malicious software around the Internet. Also, try not to download from any free file sharing websites as they usually also contain spyware codes that run their installation scripts when you visit their sites.
    3. Delete All Email Attachments That You Have Received from Unknown Senders
If you have ever downloaded any attachments and files you received from any unknown sources in your emails or through your Messenger contacts, get rid of them immediately. Also, never open any files that come from unknown people and do not click on links that your contacts send to you if their message does not look authentic and original.

    Hello friends

The computer virus are small software programs that are designed to spread from one computer to another and to interfere with computer operation. A virus might corrupt or delete data on your computer, use your e-mail program to spread itself to other computers, or even erase everything on your hard disk.
Viruses are most easily spread by attachments in e-mail messages or instant messaging messages. That is why it is essential that you never open e-mail attachments unless you know who it's from and you are expecting it.
Viruses can be disguised as attachments of funny images, greeting cards, or audio and video files.
Viruses also spread through downloads on the Internet. They can be hidden in illicit software or other files or programs you might download.

    Thanks to all..........
