Virtual PC is desktop virtualization solution by Microsoft. Desktop virtualization software permits to run independent Windows OS in present Windows OS. Microsoft Virtual PC permits to check Vista in closed surroundings to see if you want to upgrade existing Windows OS. You must download Virtual PC and use it to run normal install of Vista in Virtual Machine.

Instructions

Step 1

Download Virtual PC 2007 that equivalents to your Window OS.

Step 2

Install implicit PC.

Step 3

Go to "Start" and click "Virtual PC" icon to run it.

Step 4

Click "New" and then "Next" on new window and choose "Create a Virtual Machine" and click "Next."

Step 5

Choose name for new virtual machine and click "Next." Choose Microsoft Vista" and click "Next." Click "Next" again to keep suggested amount of RAM. Choose "A new virtual hard disk" and click "Next."

Step 6

Maintain evade settings for effective hard disk and click "Next." Click "Finish."

Step 7

Put in Windows Vista installation DVD. Choose your implicit machine in Virtual PC relieve window and click "Start."

Step 8

Click on key when "Press any key to boot from the CD" appear on screen. Follow information on screen to establish Windows Vista on virtual machine.
