Default Stop hybrid and hibernate mode in Vista

My project is related to power management and I have Vista on PC. But I do not have deep knowledge about hybrid and hibernate mode. How to disable hybrid and hibernate mode in Vista?

    1) In wireless network vista supports both IS-2000/IS-95 (CDMA) and IS-856 (1xEV-DO) systems, a hybrid mode AT/MS is able of acquiring both IS-2000/IS-95 and IS-856systems,Hibernate mode is power saving feature for PCs. In hibernate mode; existing condition of PC is kept to hard disk, and PC shutdown. In power management system hybrid sleep mode and hibernate mode both are disable in Vista. In Programs list, click Power Options. Modify advance power setting and then close setting then hybrid goes to sleep mode.

    2) You can’t take out devices or detach PC from docking device as PC is in hibernate mode. If system is in XP then go to start, then click Turn off computer, press and hold <Shift> key, and then click Hibernate. In windows 2000 go to Start, click Shutdown, click Hibernate, and then click OK. For close power management mode, push power button.
