Thread: Windows Vista Starting Problem

Here problems are light up when laptop, after Vista logo, blue screen appears as "configuration updates: 3, 3, 0% complete. Do not turn off team," but I hope a minute not thing moving, turns itself off and re-light, and again similar message appears. I checked it in safe mode and other, but problem remains so how to solve this problem.

I think you must remove boot partition and re-create it. Install XP SP2.
Do not utilize new OS.

I suggested recording data on external hard drive or CD and Format following manual to make multiple partitions you must reformat again do not have to be extracting data.
