Thread: Webcam not working in Windows Vista

There is integral webcam in my Gateway EC1435u laptop but the problem is my webcam is not working in Vista. My laptop has two OS Vista and XP. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you must execute webcam troubleshooting for solving this problem.

I think you must do system restore in Vista of laptop. Then Webcam will work appropriately without any problem.

If webcam of Gateway EC1435u laptop is not working after restoring laptop to previous date when Windows XP is not installed in laptop and webcam was functioning appropriately in Vista. Then you must install driver software of webcam again for Vista. This will solve your problem.
